The rug has been handwoven by our skilled artisans on traditional looms from the sustainably harvested jute yarn as the main body of the rug while 35% cotton yarn to weave the pattern on the rug. The jute yarn used on this rug has been washed multiple times and pitted to turn the coarse natural jute fibres into smoother and softer texture.
