Unlike one-off donations, V W Rugs has committed itself to sponsor and support the AMS school operation as we believe that education is the best tool to change one’s life and empower them to become independent and be able to not only better their own life but contribute in a healthy society and help other lives too.

• Empowering the Next Generation: V W Rugs has partnered with Vindhyawasini Carpet Industries and Rug Source Gallery to support the running of the AMS (Akshya Memorial School) school in a rural part of India where children had to travel long distances for the education. Establishing the AMS school has helped students to not only gain a quality education in English medium but also have a opportunity to avail quality lab and computer skills as well.
• Creating Long-Term Change: Investing in this school has been a great pride for us and our partners as we believe that education transforms not just a child’s life, but their family and the wider community.
• Beyond the Classroom: The team not only focuses on bookish knowledge but regularly takes these kids on excursions to help them go beyond academics and have an opportunity to have overall development.
